DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the beginning of summer! Celebrate 62 years of Koinonia ministry! Run\, walk\, or stroll! \nAll people and activity levels welcome! \nThis race supports the local community by providing funding for Koinonia’s 9 week summer Nature Day Camp.  Funded items include: \n\nCamp Scholarships\nYouth Scholarships for other Koinonia programs\nOperational funds to support day camp activities and staffing\n\nThis event is a 5K Run for our more serious participants\, a 5K Family Fun Run/Walk to run\, walk\, or stroll at your leisure\, and back again this year a Kid’s 1 mile Fun Run!  The route will take you through beautiful Koinonia on the camp road.  A copy of the course will be provided ahead of the race. \nRace registrations include:\n\n5K or 1 mi professionally timed race\nNew Koinonia 5K logo t-shirt\nAll day access to Koinonia’s hiking trails\, boating\, fishing areas\, and more\nPhotos of racers can be obtained on the race website following the event
