DESCRIPTION:Move for Mosaic! Join Mosaic Mental Health’s 16th Annual 5K on Sunday\, April 6th and move to support mental health.  The 5K will take place RAIN OR SHINE. \nThe 5K will take place in Van Cortlandt Park with registration at 9 a.m. at 246th Street and Broadway\, Bronx NY in front of the Tortoise and Hare statue. The race will start promptly at 10 a.m. The course can accommodate runners\, walkers\, and movers of all levels. All proceeds from the 5K will go directly to the wide range of mental health programs and services that Mosaic provides to the community. \nMosaic Mental Health has been providing quality mental health services to individuals and families from all walks of life for over 60 years. Headquartered in the Bronx\, Mosaic is an integrative clinic with a wide range of services that include individual therapy\, family support services\, medication management\, substance abuse treatment\, vocational\, housing\, and respite services. Every day we strive to improve the lives of those with mental health difficulties\, helping them lead fulfilling lives. \nAs we say at Mosaic – Mental Health is a Beautiful Thing\, and Every Mind Matters!
